Life lays up its treasures for the scavenger, the believer and lover of stories. These Desk Caddies are made of Heart Pine sourced from structural beams of a theatre company in West Philadelphia that was built and thriving in the late 1800s. Each of a kind desk caddy bears the fissures of bolts which held the theatre’s massive joists together. This is their curtain call!
Our desk caddies are great for those with more than a few stray pens. This is the small caddy with 4 holes.
Each caddy will vary in grain and indications of the wood’s prior use, and in the number and placement of the bolt marks. Some caddies may have missing or partial holes where a bolt mark cuts into its place. Of a Kind objects are non-returnable.
