The Watson Serving Tray

I got the Watson Tray in walnut and upon unboxing it, I was rendered speechless. It felt sincerely humbling to hold an heirloom-quality artifact in my hands knowing this will last throughout generations. It reminded me that craftsmanship of olde is not dead and that excellence coupled with care still exist with pieces we add to our homes and lives today. I wanted this tray for a bed-top accompaniment because that is where I love to journal, sketch, read, sip tea and have my paint and ink-laden messes. The two leather handles not only are pleasing aesthetically but make for a very comfortable portability when I want to move my messy tray space elsewhere. There is plenty of room for books, a hearty brunch or perhaps an assortment of snacks for an in-home picnic ambiance. In any case, this is hands-down one of the best investment pieces and I cannot recommend nor sing its praises enough. If you’re on the fence, get it. You’ll absolutely love it.
