This sprawling, nutrient-rich ground hugger is always a treat to find as the best time for nibbling is just about when our garden begins to emerge… I love using it fresh in a salad, and as a result of our city living and limited light, we have lots of greens and tend to tuck them into just about everything. Its little star-shaped white flower is responsible for many of its nicknames including ‘Star Weed.’
