Description

The Sendak Artist Roll is designed with the nomadic artist in mind. This treasure carries your current arsenal of tools with you from the studio to coffee shop to en plein air.

In the Kent family, the Sendak has become an interactive centerpiece. Placed in the center of a table or picnic blanket, a group of drawers and dreamers gathers ’round. A session begins and ends with the Sendak, filled with a bouquet of colors, brushes and pens. As its namesake Maurice Sendak wrote, “Let the wild rumpus start!” And get messy – because clean-up is easy!

    Doesn't Get Any Better!

    I wasn't sure if I'd use this but 'birdtober' was about to commence and what better time to try it out, right? Have to say that I am in LOVE with the Sendak!     Carrys all my art needs!

    The size of this is fantastic. It's bigger. I'm gonna put pics of size comparison. Obviously it's bigger than the mini. ( i like the mini for my purse)Maybe the mini is half the size. This thing even holds sketch books and a paint tin pallet. It's really amazing and really beautifully made. Great leather. Great buckle. I just can't say enough about how useful this is. I'll throw it in my backpack wherever I go. Check out the pics.

    Hard not to give 5 stars but…

    Beautiful artist roll that can hold everything I need for trips. However, the leather strap that is on mine came extremely textured ( best way I can describe it) so it's very cumbersome to buckle and unbuckle. I do love it but mostly just wrap the belt around without buckling. Hopefully, with time the roughness will wear down making it easier to use.

Personalization

Emmett, our laser engraving machine and in-house scribe, allows you to personalize our aprons!

The monogram is laser-engraved on vegetable-tanned leather and attached with brass rivets (see the product photographs for an example). Note that the monogram does not replace the Peg and Awl brand. Be sure to include your wished-for letters in the order notes (up to 3) when placing your order! MONOGRAMMED APRONS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
